ABOUT Italian Chilled Fusilli Pasta Salad. RECIPE

Nothing is better than a healthy filling and chilled pasta salad, which is delish to have and so very quick to prepare:blush::blush:. Why is it perfect for Ramadan meals?? Because you can prepare it before time and refrigerate to chill and your side dish is ready to serve for the hungry crowd. This low calorie dish is perfect for you or your guests who are weight watchers. It is colourful to attract all eyes. It is always is the hero dish of my party.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup fussili Pasta
  2. 1 capsicum
  3. 1 Carrot
  4. 1 Cucumber
  5. 3 tablespoon tablespoon sprouted green gram
  6. 1 lemon juice
  7. 2 teaspoon powdered sugar
  8. 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  9. 1 teaspoon vinegar
  10. 1 teaspoon oil
  11. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. I have taken fussili Pasta you can use farfalle pasta too.
  2. Boil water with salt and cook fussili Pasta till it is soft when pinched.
  3. Like this
  4. Drain and add some oil and toss so that pasta is coated nicely in oil.
  5. Chop all the vegetables in equal size and mix with the cooked pasta.
  6. Juice one lime
  7. In a small bottle mix dressing add lime juice, oil, salt, chaat masala, pepper powder, sugar, vinegar and shake well to mix
  8. Add this to pasta and vegetable mixture and toss well so that everything is well coated in dressing
  9. Refrigerate till serving time or at least 1 hour.
