Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 gms curd
  2. 150 gms sugar
  3. 100 gms fresh cream
  4. 1/2 cup malai
  5. 1/2 cupbadam chopped
  6. 1 pinch cardom powder

Instructions

  1. Take a big mouthed bowl, put curd
  2. Add sugar,fresh cream in to the curd bowl
  3. Beat nicely until it gets bubbling thick
  4. It forms as cream texture
  5. Add malai on to that bowl Again beat
  6. Add badam finely grated ,cardom powder
  7. Mix well take a kulfi mould pour this batter into it
  8. Keep stick in the middle of kulfi stand close
  9. With a foil paper keep refrigerator at 4 hour
  10. Open up garnish with badam peices
  11. Ready to serve curd badam kulfi cool cool enjoy
  12. Serve as cool
