About Pista-Badam Malai Kulfi Recipe

This is a delicious recipe of kulfi, made with dry fruits. A perfect desert for all occasions.

Pista-Badam Malai Kulfi

Ingredients to make Pista-Badam Malai Kulfi

  • Full cream Milk-1litre
  • Milk powder -1cup
  • sugar -3tbsp
  • cardamom Powder -1/2tbsp
  • kewra Water-1tbsp
  • Dry fruits (Cashews, Almonds, pistachios, Resigns, coconut) as per choice

How to make Pista-Badam Malai Kulfi

  1. Take milk in a heavy bottom kadhai. Give it a boil and then thickhen the milk for 10 min at low flame by stirring it continuously.
  2. When milk slightly thickhen then add sugar into it, stir and mix it well.
  3. Take milk powder in a bowl, add 1/2cup of milk and make paste of it. Pour this paste into the milk with constant stirring so that it become lumps free.
  4. Then add all chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder & kewra water into it. As the milk thickhen, switch off the flame, cool it completely.
  5. Pour it in any kulfi mould or small glass and cover it with aluminium foil and freeze it for 8-10 hours.
  6. Take it out & serve it by garnishing it with some pista.

My Tip:

Use Kesar Strands for deep yellow colour in the kulfi.
