Ingredients to make Pista badam biscuit

  • Refined flour 250gm
  • Pure ghee 185 gm
  • pista &badam
  • Vanilla essence1/2tsp
  • cardamom powder 1/2tsp
  • Saffronfew strings
  • Powdered sugar 150gm

How to make Pista badam biscuit

  1. First mix ghee &powdered sugar together
  2. Then add refined flour ,cardomom to it
  3. Then add saffron mix with milk &vanilla essence
  4. Set in baking tray sprinkle nuts press properly
  5. Bake at 165°for 12min

My Tip:

Use pure ghee instead of hydrogenated fat
