Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 packets of biscuit (oats or McVitie's or glucose)
  2. 50gm gound
  3. 100gm each dry fruits (kaju, badam, pista, akhrot)
  4. Sugar if needed as per your taste
  5. Ghee
  6. 100gm dessicated coconut
  7. 50gm alsi
  8. Poppy seeds
  9. Muskmelon seeds
  10. 50gm til
  11. 100gm makhane
  12. Khajur


  1. Take biscuits and grind it in powdered form
  2. Keep aside the powdered biscuit
  3. Take kadhai add ghee and roast gound till it swells take it out and keep aside
  4. Take makhane, til poppy seeds muskmelon seeds and roast it and grind with khajur
  5. Roast all dryfryuits and coarsely grind it
  6. Take kadhai put ghee add grinded mixture of dryfryuits and muskmelon seeds poppy seeds makhane and roast it on low flame for 5 minutes
  7. Add biscuit powder and sugar if needed and mix well
  8. Panjiri ready to eat every morning
