ABOUT Wheat flour Savory pancake RECIPE

These Savory pancakes are eggless and make a superb breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  3. Green chillies chopped 2 tbsp
  4. Curd 1/2 cup
  5. Water 1 cup
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for cooking the pancakes

Instructions

  1. Whisk Wheat flour, water and curd nicely. Keep aside for 10 minutes
  2. After 10 minutes add the chopped onions, green chillies and salt. Mix well
  3. Heat a tava on medium heat and apply about a teaspoon of oil with the help of a brush.
  4. Pour a ladle full of the batter and cook on both sides till you see brown spots on both sides of the pancake. Make sure to add a couple of teaspoon of oil around the edges of the pancake to fry it.
