ABOUT Pancakes, skinny whole wheat and Savory RECIPE

Sometimes you just need something salty but you also want pancakes. Sudhir quick pancakes are soft and fluffy served with healthy local Dept and are super delicious 18 and warm these are perfect addition to healthy diet because they are made of atta and contain very little fat. The best way to enjoy these pancakes is to have them warm from the pan.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 egg
  2. 3 tablespoons Atta or whole wheat flour
  3. 5 tablespoons milk
  4. One teaspoon mustard or kasundi from a jar
  5. 1/4 tspn salt
  6. Half teaspoon sugar
  7. One teaspoon refined vegetable oil or olive oil
  8. A little extra oil for the pan
  9. 4 tablespoons hung curd
  10. One tablespoon mustard or kasundi
  11. 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  12. 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup or grated jaggery
  13. Salt and Pepper to taste
  14. 1 tbsp chopped dill or soya bhaji or coriander

Instructions

  1. Start with the sauce lightly risk the hung curd with the mustard and the honey.
  2. Add in the balsamiq vinegar to taste . Adjust the salt and pepper.
  3. At the chopped dil or soya pata or green coriander leaves. Mix well, transfer to a serving bowl and place in the fridge to chill.
  4. In a bowl place the Atta, mustard, sugar and salt.
  5. Crack in the end and add the oil.
  6. Start whisking with an electric Blender or whisk and gradually add in the milk.
  7. Add only enough milk to make a dropping consistency.
  8. Place nonstick saucepan on medium high heat and lightly rub the sawh spend with a few drops of oil.
  9. Drop spoonfuls of the pancake batter on to the hot tub and reduce the heat still the pan cake stuff up and become slightly golden brown at the bottom.
  10. Sprinkle one or two drops of oil on each pancake and gently flip over to allow the other side to cook.
  11. Once done place the pancakes on a serving plate and serve with the cold relish.
  12. Spawn The Dallas upon the pancake and enjoy the combination of flavours.
  13. The pancakes are healthy snack and a totally different taste from the normal sweet dessert pancakes.
  14. You can also serve them with a Salsa or a readymade dip
  15. Enjoy.
