Easy to make light,fluffy,tasty whole wheat pancakes.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour.
  2. 1/2 cup almond flour.
  3. 4 tbsp melted butter.
  4. 1tesp baking soda.
  5. 2 tesp baking powder.
  6. 1/2 tesp salt.
  7. 2 tbsp sugar.
  8. 2 eggs.
  9. 1 3/4 cup milk.
  10. 1 tesp vanilla.
  11. Oil or butter to make the pancakes.


  1. Mix the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls.
  2. Fold the dry ingredients mixture into the wet mixture bowl.Combine to mix well.
  3. Heat a skillet on medium flame.
  4. Spray little oil or melted butter ,pour 1/4 cup of the batter .
  5. When the pancake starts to bubble and edges began to set , flip the pancake.Repeat with the remaining batter.
  6. You can add nuts and dry fruits to the batter.
  7. Serve with maple syrup ,cut fruits and nuts.
