Ingredients to make Wheat Jaggery Pancakes

  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • jaggery 1/2 cup
  • Flax seed powder 2 tablespoons
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  • salt a pinch
  • honey 2 tablespoons
  • Melted butter or oil 2 teaspoons
  • butter for making pancakes

How to make Wheat Jaggery Pancakes

  1. Take wheat flour, flax seed powder, baking powder, salt in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add in milk, honey and butter and jaggery mix well to make a smooth batter.
  3. Melt some butter in a nonstick pan, ladle some of the batter in.
  4. Cook on low heat for few minutes. Flip over and cook on other side too
  5. Remove on a plate
  6. Serve with honey
