Prawns Hyderabaadi

Ingredients to make Prawns Hyderabaadi

  • 250 gms prawns deveined
  • 2 big size onions
  • 2 big size tomatoes
  • 2 tblspn ginger Garlic paste
  • Red chili powder Hot
  • 2 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon roasted Corriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon clovesand Shah zeera powder
  • black salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon coconut powder
  • 2-3 tblspn oil (use rice oil fr less greasy look)

How to make Prawns Hyderabaadi

  1. Wash n check Prawns deveined
  2. Apply 1/2 teaspoon salt to al well n kp aside
  3. Now chop onions fine n squeeze sum water n fry in oil til turned golden brown
  4. Use grated tomatoes nd Gingergarlic paste nd add salt as per taste
  5. Now add all spices mentioned nd Roast all well then add coconut powder . Wash prawns well n add to paste nd cover cook on slow 15 mins n check If well dne as per taste remove frm Stove n serve hot with Dal rice or hot chapattis.

My Tip:

Serve hot and dry Roast well the masala paste before adding prawns. Do not add water til required as they leave water enough to be cooked.
