Palak Paneer Paratha

Ingredients to make Palak Paneer Paratha

  • spinach 1 small bunch
  • water to cook
  • oil to roast paratha
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Amchur powder( dried mango powder)
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala( readly available in indian spice store)
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves
  • wheat flour 2cups

How to make Palak Paneer Paratha

  1. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 5 min.
  2. Grind the spinach, 3 chillies, ginger,garlic and chat masala, salt to fine paste. Without adding water.
  3. Knead a smooth dough with the paste and flour. keep it covered for 15 min.
  4. Grate the cottage cheese. Add amchur powder, chopped coriander leaves, pinch of salt, nd few chopped green chillies if u wish. Mix the cheese well. Keep aside.
  5. Roll a small paratha of the dough nd add the stuffing to it. Make a small dumpling and flatten it a bit. Now roll the stuffed paratha.
  6. Roast the paratha till golden brown on both sides using some oil

My Tip:

Add very less salt as chat masala has some salt added to it.
