Generally i find frozen yogurts a lil tart than ice creams due to less sugar and cream so for my kind of ice cream lover balanced it by serving on a bed of white chocolate tarts. Enjoy eating this nutritious version of ice cream with kids .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. White chocolate chips 100 grams
  2. 8-10 pistachios crushed
  3. Dussheri Mango puree 1/2cup
  4. Greek yogurt 1/2cup
  5. Heavy cream 1tbsp
  6. Rose water 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Whip up your mango puree,cream,yogurt and rose water with a hand mixer and keep in refrigerator not in freezer.
  2. Nextly melt the white chocolate chip on a hot water bowl and whisk to make it smoother.
  3. Take silicone moulds and drop a spoon full in them.
  4. Sprinkle crushed pistachios and place another mould over this.
  5. Repeat the procedure with rest of the moulds too.
  6. Keep these moulds into the freezer for 15 minutes.
  7. After 15 minutes unmould these chocolate tarts from both sides.
  8. Take out the mango puree and yogurt mixture from the fridge and whip it again.
  9. Fill these tarts with this yogurt mixture.
  10. Sprinkle diluted white chocolate and mango pieces.
  11. Finally sprinkle crushed pistachios and let it set in freezer for 1 hour or more till it sets completely.
  12. Serve chilled to your kids as the nutritious version of ice cream.
