Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Four king size breads.
  2. Hung curd. 1cup.
  3. Grated carrot 1table Spoon
  4. Grated cucumber 1table spoon
  5. Chopped tomato 1/2
  6. Salt to tase
  7. Pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon
  8. Coriander leaves 1/2tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients into hung curd,exept bread clices.
  2. Cut the edges of bread slices.
  3. Put half of the curd mixture on one slice,cover withanother slice and press gently with palm to set perfetly
  4. Cut diagonaly to make triangles.
  5. Do same to remaining slices .
  6. Serve with ketchup/sauce.
