  1. Vegetables all vegetables 50g to 60g each
  2. 5 spices 1 teaspoon
  3. Red cilli 1 green cilli 2-3
  4. Roasted 5 spice powder 1 teaspoon
  5. ginger Cumin paste 2 teaspoon
  6. Salt and sugar as required
  7. Termaric powder as required
  8. mustard powder paste 1 table spoon
  9. mustard oil as required

Instructions

  1. CUT VEGETABLES- PUMPKIN, RADISH, BROAD BEANS,POINTED, CAULIFLOWER DRUMSTICKS, CABBAGE LEAF, POTATOES
  2. 5 SPICES- CUMIN, FENUGREEK, NIGELLA SEEDS, MUSTARD SEEDS, FENAL SEEDS, CUMIN-GINGER PASTE,CILLI
  3. SALT OIL, SUGAR,MUSTARD POWDER PASTE, TURMERIC POWDER
  4. ADD HEAT OIL
  5. ADD 5 SPICES AND RED CILLI
  6. FRY FOR FEW MINUTES
  7. ADD VEGETABLES
  8. MIX
  9. STIR WELL
  10. KEEP FRYING
  11. ADD TERMARIC POWDER AND SUGAR
  12. MIX
  13. ADD GINGER CUMIN PASTE
  14. MIX AND FRY
  15. COVER IT FOR FEW MINUTES
  16. REMOVE THE COVER STIR IT
  17. ADD WATER
  18. ADD SALT
  19. COVER AGAIN
  20. LEAVE IT FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES ON MEDIUM LOW FLAME
  21. REMOVE THE COVER
  22. CHECK THE VEGETABLES IF WELL COOKED
  23. LEAVE IT ON FULL FLAME FOR FEW MINUTES
  24. ADD MUSTARD PASTE
  25. COVER IT FOR ABOUT 4 MINUTES
  26. REMOVE THE COVER
  27. ADD GREEN CILLI AND ROASTED 5 SPICE POWDER
  28. STIR IT
