Instant Bread Dahi Vada

Ingredients to make Instant Bread Dahi Vada

  • 6 bread slice
  • 2 cup fresh curd
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
  • 1 /2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup imli (tamarind) chutney
  • 1 tsp kishmish
  • 1 tsp chopped kaju
  • 1 small finely chopped green chilli
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Pinch of salt

How to make Instant Bread Dahi Vada

  1. Cut all side of bread and keep aside
  2. In a bowl put chopped cashew, kishmish, chopped green chilli and mix well
  3. Add 1 tsp of sugar in curd and Whisk properly and chill in refrigretar
  4. Soak the bread in milk and immedieately, take it out and press it on your palm and stuff with chopped cashew kismish and coconut mixture and cover properly and make vada shape
  5. Dip bread vada in curd and arrange in serving plate and add some more curd and put imli chutney on it and sprinkle roasted cumin seed powder, red chilli powder and salt
  6. Now instant bread dahi vada is ready
