Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Bread slice 8 pcs
  2. Bhujia 1 cup
  3. Curd 200 gm
  4. Green chutney
  5. Tamarind chutney
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Black salt to taste
  8. Chilli powder 1/4 tsp


  1. Soak the bread slice in wash and after few minutes squeeze the extra water.
  2. In a bowl add bread pieces,salt,coriander leaves and mash it well.
  3. Make the vada shapes out of the mixture.
  4. In a kadhai heat oil and fry the vadas.
  5. After frying them keep them in a bowl full of water.
  6. After 15 minutes take the vadas out of water and press lightly to remove excess water.
  7. In a mixing bowl add the curd,salt and sugar and whisk it.
  8. In a plate serve the vadas with the whisked mixture,green chutney,tamarind chutney,chaat masala.
  9. Sprinkle black salt,red chily powder and bujia. The bread dahi vada is ready.
