Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. I big onion thinly sliced
  2. 1 carrot and 1 capsicum sliced thinly
  3. 1 cup shredded cabbage
  4. 1 tesp minced garlic
  5. 1" ginger minced
  6. 1 tesp salt
  7. 1tesp pepper
  8. 1 1/2 tesp soya sauce
  9. 2 eggs scrambled
  10. 2 tbsp Oil
  11. 200 grams noodles, 1 tesp salt and 3 cups water


  1. Heat oil in a pan add in the ginger and garlic,saute for a minute
  2. Add in the onions and saute till light brown
  3. Add in all the vegetables,saute and cook covered on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add 3 cups of water and 1 tesp salt in a vessel and bring it to a boil
  5. Add-in the noodles let cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Remove and drain the water
  7. Add the noodles to the veg along with scrambled eggs,salt ,pepper and soya sauce.Give it a stir to combine all.
  8. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
