Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Carrots- one big
  2. Beans- a few
  3. Capsicum- half
  4. Plain veg noodles- one pkt
  5. Soya sauce- 1/2 tsp
  6. Green chilli sauce- 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt- to taste
  8. Oil- two tbsps
  9. Water
  10. Vinegar- 1 tsp
  11. Chopped garlic- 1tsp
  12. Chopped onions - 1 big


  1. Let water boil, add noodles with salt.
  2. When its boiled and cooked, strain it add cold water and spread the noodles ,keep aside
  3. In a kadayi add oil chopped garlic and onions fry well
  4. Add vegetables fry well
  5. Add all the sauces one by one, mix well
  6. Add the boiled noodles and mix well so that everything is coated well with each other
  7. Finally add vinegar and serve hot
