Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Tinde 5 to 6
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Oil/mustard oil/ghee 1 tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Curry leaves few
  6. Mustard seeds a pinch
  7. Red chillie powder 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  9. Jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Garam masala 2 pinches
  11. jeera 1/2 tsp
  12. Hing a punch
  13. Water 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add jeera and hing with curry leaves
  3. Add pieces of tinde
  4. Saute till oil half cooked
  5. Take curd and add all dry masalas in it.
  6. As the tindas are half cooked add this curd mixture to it and keep sauteing
  7. Saute till oil separates and add water to adjust consistency
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves
  9. Serve with roti or phulkas
