ABOUT Yogurt Pesto Pasta RECIPE

This yogurt pesto pasta is a complete meal in itself. It is very healthy and tasty. I love its sweet and sour taste.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fusilli pasta 1 cup
  2. Spinach baby leaves 1 cup
  3. Basil leaves 1 cup
  4. Fresh Yogurt 1 cup
  5. Cashews 6
  6. Pistachios 8
  7. Honey 2 tbsp
  8. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  9. 2 garlic cloves
  10. 1 chopped onion
  11. 1 chilli chopped
  12. Olive oil 1 tbsp
  13. 1 tbsp cooking cream
  14. 1 /2 tsp salt
  15. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  16. Cheese 1 cube

Instructions

  1. Boil two glasses of water add 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp oil.Add pasta and let them boil till tender.Strain and cool them with the flowing water.Cool and keep aside.
  2. Take spinach leaves,basil leaves ,yogurt , soaked pistachios and cashews,chopped onion ,garlic cloves and salt in a blender.Blend well. Pesto sauce is almost ready.
  3. Heat oil in a wok add pesto sauce then pastas simultaneously.
  4. Cook them for two minutes.Add honey,lemon juice ,black pepper and oregano.
  5. Mix well.Top it over with cheese and fresh cream.
