ABOUT Pasta In Pesto Sauce RECIPE

Different from all time popular red and white sauce with a taste of pesto and peanuts.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pasta of your choice - 1.5 cup
  2. Salt - to taste
  3. Olive oil - 1 tsp
  4. Pepper - to taste
  5. Garlic, grated - 4-5 Cloves
  6. Ginger, grated - 1/2 inch
  7. Peanuts - a handful
  8. Onion medium - 3 Chopped
  9. Chilli Flakes - as desired ( optional )
  10. Mushrooms - 3-4, diced
  11. Corn - a handful, boiled
  12. Olives - 3-4, Chopped
  13. Milk - 1/2 Cup
  14. Pesto sauce - 1 tsp
  15. Oregano - 2 pinches
  16. Grated Cheese - as desired
  17. Chopped Mint Leaves - a few

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in water with little olive oil and salt.
  2. microwave peanuts for three minutes and use chopper to grate it coarsely.
  3. In a Kadhai, put chopped garlic and ginger followed by peanuts and onions and fry them till it changes color. Now put corn, olives followed by pesto sauce.
  4. Toss boiled pasta into it and stir. Add a little milk to the mixture.
  5. Turn off the gas. Garnish the pasta in pesto sauce with grated cheese and chopped mint leaves.
  6. Serve hot.
