ABOUT Chinese Samosa RECIPE

A delicious combination of Samosa with Chinese filling. A recipe Vegetarian & Non-vegetarian both can enjoy. I have use Chicken with veggies if you want you can use only veggies.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 pckt hakka noodles
  2. 1 cup boiled Chicken
  3. 1/2 cup carrot
  4. 1/2 cup capsicum
  5. 1 cup cabbage
  6. 1 spring onion
  7. 5 cloves garlic
  8. soya sauce, salt, pepper pwdr, chilly flakes
  9. 1 pckt samosa patti/strips

Instructions

  1. Boil noddles with salt & oil. Heat oil in a pan & add crushed garlic & saute.
  2. Add boiled chicken & cook fr a minute. Add chopped cabbage, capsicum, carrot, green chilly & white of spring onion.
  3. Cook fr a minute. Add soya sauce, salt, pepper pwdr, chilly flakes & greens of onion. Mix all well.
  4. Let it cool. Use this mix as filling fr samosa. Don't add any sauce cos it will make samosa soggy.
  5. To seal the samosa use a mix of maida & water.
  6. Fry & serve hot. You can also freeze these samosa for few days & fry whenever you want to eat.
