Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Guava 1 kilograms
  2. curd 500 gram
  3. Potatoes 2
  4. Green peas 250 gram
  5. Ginger 1 inch
  6. Green chillies 2..3
  7. Gram flour 200 gram
  8. Salt 2 teaspoon
  9. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Red pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  11. Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Asoefodia 1/4 teaspoon
  13. Oil for frying potatoes
  14. Oil 2 tablespoons for kadhi

Instructions

  1. Wash , chopped and boiled guavas adding 2 glasses of water
  2. After cooling down make puree of boiled guavas
  3. In a pot mix beaten curd with gram flour and guava puree
  4. Peel and chopped potatoes in cubes
  5. In a vok heat the oil and deep fry potato cubes
  6. Boil the peas
  7. Now in a big pan heat the oil for kadhi
  8. Add asoefodia and cumin seeds
  9. Add turmeric powder and pepper powder
  10. Add kadhi mix
  11. Add salt
  12. Add fried potatoes and boiled peas
  13. Add chopped ginger and green chillies
  14. Let it simmer for 10 minutes Keep stirring
  15. Now kadhi is ready
  16. Serve with chapati and rice
