Singapore Fried Rice - a spicy fried rice dish and Chinese. I loved it so much that i made it so many times by now..One of the main thing which you need is chilli oil..So make sure you make that first.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup rice
  2. 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  3. 1/2 cup carrot
  4. 1/2 cup capsicum
  5. 1 spring onion
  6. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  7. 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  8. 2 tbsp Red chilli sauce or Peri Peri Sauce
  9. 1 tbsp Chilli Garlic Sauce
  10. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  11. 2 eggs fried & cut into strips
  12. Chilli Oil: 6 cloves garlic, 5 whole red chilly & 1 cup oil


  1. Rinse the rice and soak it for 15 minutes. Now cook rice and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok/kadai over high flame, toss in garlic and fry until oil becomes fragrant.
  3. Then add spring onions, green chilli and carrots. Saute for 2 minutes. Add capsicum & eggs, sprinkle salt & continue frying till they are half done.
  4. Now add cooked rice. Mix all the sauces and pour on the rice evenly. Sprinkle black pepper powder, mix everything well and toss over high flame for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Chilli Oil: heat oil add garlic & chillies. Chillies cut into two pieces. Cook till garlic turns brown. Cool it discard garlic & chillies & use the oil.
