Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1/2 cup beetroot pulp
  2. Condensed milk 50gms
  3. Fresh cream 60 gms
  4. Curd 1/4ltr
  5. Apple 1/2 cup peices
  6. 1/2 tsp coconut oil


  1. Keep ready to make ice cream it's innovative
  2. Peal beetroot make fine pulp it's purely extract from beetroot
  3. Take a bowl put fresh cream wisk nicely
  4. It comes thick by wisking time add
  5. Again wisk well through add curd
  6. This combination I use sugar replacement for condensed milk
  7. Once beat on it,then put curd, beetroot pulp on a bowl
  8. Well gone through coconut oil
  9. Beat well until it comes thick forms as cream texture
  10. Pour a airtight container finally garnish with beetroot pulp
  11. Close this box with lid keep freezer at 6 hour
  12. After that take out keep scoop of ice cream in a bowl
  13. Garnish with mint.. ready to serve
