This is such a yummy cake recipe that is made with ice cream, a delicious dessert for all occasions.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1cup maida
  2. 1cup sugar
  3. 1/2cup curd
  4. 1/2cup malai
  5. 1glass milk
  6. 1tbsp baking powder
  7. 1tsp baking soda
  8. 300gm whipped cream
  9. 4tbsp chocolate sauce
  10. 1 pack mango Ice cream 500ml


  1. Take Maida,sugar,milk,curd,malai, baking soda and baking powder .
  2. Take a cooker on high flame and put round ring in it.
  3. Then grease a mould with oil and put in cooker.
  4. Take a bowl add maida, baking powder, baking soda, curd in it.
  5. Add milk, Malai in it mix well .
  6. Our batter is ready in proper consistency .
  7. Put the batter in the mould immediately.
  8. Cover the cooker with lid on high flame without whistle and rubber.
  9. After the 40 minutes check out the cake with knife :hocho: . Our cake is ready.
  10. Remove it from fire and cool it completely.
  11. Cut the layers 1/2 inches thick. I make two cakes for base.
  12. Take a one piece of cake and spread the chocolate sauce on it.
  13. Then spread the mango ice cream on it.
  14. Repeat this process 5-6 times for a cake.
  15. Place it in the freezer. Then ice cream is properly set in the cake. Remove it from freezer.
  16. Then cover the cake with whipped cream. Decorate your own choice design with nozzle.
  17. Our cake is ready to serve.
