It is first time when I make a cake with ice cream. Adding ice cream to it, make it very innovative and delicious. Sacch mucch mango ice cream gives it very creamy texture and I like it so much. Recipe with pics is in steps comments.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 Sacch mucch Creambell mango ice cream
  2. 3/4 cup mango pulp
  3. 1 cup fine Semolina
  4. 1/4 cup Milk
  5. 3/4cup Sugar
  6. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  7. 2tbsp oil/butter
  8. Chopped pistachio and almond for garnish


  1. These are the ingredients.
  2. In a bowl cut Sacch mucch cream bell mango icecream into pieces.
  3. Now add mango pulp and milk.
  4. Mix it very well..we can also make a fine paste with mixer.
  5. In another bowl add semolina , baking powder and sugar. Mix it by adding oil.
  6. Now add mango ice cream paste.
  7. Mix it . Cake better is ready.
  8. Grease a baking tin and pour the cake better in tin.
  9. Spread evenly..
  10. Bake it in preheated oven at 180° for 20-30 minutes or till it properly baked...it can be checked after 15 minutes by inserting toothpick.
  11. After completely baked, let be cool down it and then demold it.
  12. Sacch mucch Mango cake loaf is now ready.
  13. Cut it into pieces and garnish with some chopped pistachio and chopped almond.
  14. Sacch mucch Mango ice cream cake slices.
