Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour 1 cup
  2. Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  3. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  4. Vinegar 2 tsp
  5. Fresh mango pulp 1 cup
  6. Condensed milk 100 ml
  7. Butter 1/2 cup
  8. Sach much aam 2 ice creams
  9. Whipped cream 50 ml


  1. Take all the ingredients together
  2. Mix all the wet ingredients together.
  3. Sieve and mix the dry ingredients into this wet mixture.
  4. Pre heat the microwave at 180 degrees and then bake a basic mango cake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. Let the cake cool down and then insert a toothpick to check if the cake is done.
  6. Then take 2 sach much aam.
  7. Add whipped cream and whip the sach much aam and whipped cream together.
  8. Cover your cake with sach much aam.
  9. Let it freeze in refrigerator.
  10. Decorate it with kiwis.
  11. Serve chilled.
