A quick desert made with cream bell sachh muchh aam

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 3 pieces of cream bell sachh muchh aam
  2. 200 gms of fresh cream
  3. 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  4. 1 meduim mango cut into small pieces.


  1. Keep the cream bell sachh muchh aam in a bowl and let it melt. We can also crush the sacch muchh aam and stir it with a spoon so that it melts quickly. Take another bowl and keep it in the freezer for about 25 min. Make sure that the bowl becomes cold.
  2. Now take the cream in the above cold bowl and whip it till it forms a peak. Whip it around 10-12 minutes.check using a spoon that a peak shaped is formed when the spoon is dipped in the cream.
  3. After the cream is whipped add sugar into it and also the sachh muchh aam pulp that has melted.
  4. Fold it with a wooden spoon or spatula we can also use a normal spoon if a wooden spoon is not available. Make sure we gently mix it just 2 -3 times till the cream gets mixed with the pulp
  5. Take out portoins of the above mixture and fill small glasses with it we can also use small shot glasses for it.
  6. Garnish it with mango pieces and keep it in the freezer for around 25 minutes and serve cold.
