How often you have guests coming and you want to show off your creativity but at the same time you dont have much things in your kitchen and nor much time? If yes, then you are in the same boat like me..do try this quick, innovative yet yummy dessert next time you face this dilemma.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread slices 4 ( I have taken whole wheat)
  2. Creambell such much aam candy 1
  3. Milk 2 teaspoon
  4. Condensed milk 1 teaspoon (optional)
  5. Biscuits 1 oreo and 3 marie (you can take of your choice or whatever is available)
  6. Nutella 2 teaspoon
  7. Ghee for roasting
  8. Dry fruits chopped for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Keep your creambell aam candy to melt
  2. After it melts, add condensed milk, and warm milk. You may add nutmeg and cardomom powder if you like
  3. Mix well
  4. Take 4 bread slices
  5. Spread one teaspoon nutella on two slices
  6. Place other two on top and make sandwiches
  7. Take biscuits in grinder. You can also use the broken biscuits from your biscuit containers to make good use of them.
  8. Grind them to fine powder
  9. Now place bread sandwiches in mango mixture to soak from both sides
  10. After dipping in mango, coat them with biscuit powder from both sides
  11. Roast on hot tawa with ghee
  12. Flip from other side
  13. Cut and serve with garnishing of chopped dry fruits
