Want to try something new with your nachos or got bored with usual sandwich chutneys?? Then give a try to this one. Can be made in any season with sacch mucch mango candy. It has perfect balance of sweet, sour and hot taste. You can have it with nachos, as bread spread or with chapati.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sacch Mucch Aam candy 1
  2. Oil 1 tablespoon
  3. Curry Leaves 3-4
  4. Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Garlic crushed 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Onion finely cut 1/2 cup
  7. Tomato finely cut 1/4 cup
  8. Chilly flakes 1 teaspoon
  9. Turmeric 1 pinch
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Mixed herbs 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  13. Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon
  14. cornflour 1 tablespoon
  15. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup


  1. Heat oil in pan
  2. Add cumin seeds and curry leaves and let it crackle
  3. Add garlic and saute well
  4. Add chopped onion and saute till soft
  5. Add tomato and mix well
  6. Add chilly flakes, mixed herbs, turmeric powder, pepper and salt and vinegar and mix well
  7. You can also use lime juice instead of vinegar
  8. Add cornflour
  9. Mix to combine everything well and add succh mucch aam candy
  10. Mix mango candy with onion and tomato mixture
  11. Let the sauce cook for a while on simmer
  12. Add coriander
  13. Swich off flame. Mix well and serve once cooled
