ABOUT Curd Rice RECIPE

This is a quick recipe of delicious curd rice , for everyday lunches.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 glass boiled rice
  2. 150 grams Curd(without water)
  3. 100 grams boiled Channa daal
  4. 100grams boiled Udad daal
  5. 100 grams grated Carrots
  6. 50 grams Refined oil
  7. 1 teaspoon Motti Rai
  8. 1 teaspoon Salt
  9. 1 peeled Pomegranate
  10. 10 Karri leaves
  11. 50 gram chopped Corriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Take one big bowl put boiled rice, peeled pomegranate, grated carrot & curd mix it.
  2. Take a pan put oil in it when it becomes hot then put Curry leaves and rai in it when it crackels then put channa and uddad daal with little salt.
  3. Now put that tadka on curd mixed rice with half cup of peeled pomegrate in it properly.
  4. Now transfer it in another bowl cover it with serving plate and turn it.
  5. Now pick up bowl very Care fully.
  6. Garnish it little more and serve it.
