Bottle guard cooked in curd gravy

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bottle guard...500 gramms
  2. Curd...1 cup
  3. Mustard oil...2 table spoon
  4. Cumin seeds ..1 teaspoon
  5. Fennel seeds...1 tea spoon
  6. Salt and green chillies to taste
  7. Garam masala....1 tea spoon
  8. Kashmiri red chilli powder...1 tea spoon
  9. Whole garam masala...1 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Perl and chop bottle guard into big pieces and try them in mustard oil and keep aside
  2. A pic of fried bottle guard
  3. In another woke, heat oil add whole garam masala , add beaten curd with few spoons of water, add all the spices and cook for a while
  4. Add fried lauki pieces, cook covered for 5 to 7 minutes on low flame.
  5. Cook till done.
  6. Serve and enjoy with coriander leaves chopped
