Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. ½ cup tuver dal
  2. Water
  3. Whisked curd ½ cup
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Turmeric powder ½ cup
  6. Ghee 2 spoon
  7. Cumin seeds ⅛ spoon
  8. Crushed garlic 1 spoon
  9. Dry red chilli 1
  10. Finely chopped green chilli 1
  11. Garam masala ½ spoon

Instructions

  1. Soak pulse for the hour in water
  2. Put pulse,salt, turmeric powder and 2 cup water in cooker
  3. Cook till 2 whistles
  4. Open cooker after 5 minutes and whisk pulse with wooden whisker
  5. Heat ghee in a wok
  6. Add Cumin seeds,garlic , Green chilli and dry red chilli
  7. Add whisked curd
  8. Stir continuously until it leaves oil
  9. Add garam masala and cooked dal
  10. Boil for 2 minutes
  11. Serve hot with rice or chapati
