ABOUT Ginger Snap RECIPE

Mixed flavour of ginger and cinamom biscuits..

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 cups all purpose flour
  2. 2 tesp ginger paste
  3. 1 tesp baking powder
  4. 1 tesp cinamon powder
  5. 1/2 tesp salt
  6. 3/4 cup soft butter
  7. 1 cup brown sugar
  8. 2 tbsp thick jaggery syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 180℃for 10 minutes
  2. Beat the butter and sugar,add the remaining ingredients and mix to form a soft dough.
  3. Cover with a cling wrap and refrigerate it for 20 minutes
  4. Remove place the dough between parchment paper ,roll and shape it.
  5. Place on a lined baking tray
  6. Bake at 170℃ for 15 to 18 minutes.
  7. Remove cool on a wire rack .
  8. Ginger snaps are ready to munch.
