ABOUT Ginger Tea RECIPE

Everything good is found in ginger, says an old Indian proverb. That is why Ayurveda refers to it as a universal medicine,good for digestion,stops nausea and also aids in removing stomach problems.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Loose tea 1 tsp
  2. Honey a tbsp
  3. Ginger grated 2 tbsp
  4. Water 1 1/2 cups

Instructions

  1. Boil the loose tea along with the ginger for about 5 - 10 mins on medium flame.
  2. Cover it up well. Leave it undisturbed. Let the flavours steep into it for atleast 15 mins.
  3. Serve it piping hot with honey or lemon.
