Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 500 ml
  2. Kesar 7-8 nos
  3. Sugar 2 tbs
  4. Milk maid 2 tbs
  5. Pista 1/2 tbs
  6. Mango 2 nos

Instructions

  1. First heat the milk in slow flame at least about 18-20 mins. keep stirring otherwise milk getting burnt at the bottom
  2. When milk 1/3 then add sugar
  3. Sugar are dissolved then add milkmaid and stirring
  4. Now add kesar
  5. and pistachios cut into small and add into the milk
  6. Mix well and remove the flame and cooled down
  7. Now take Mango first cut upper part
  8. then remove mango seed help of knife
  9. make a hole
  10. now hold mango then stuff with kulfi
  11. now close the lid and put into the freezer about 3-4 hours
  12. Now remove the mango into the freezer and peeled them
  13. Now cut into circles
  14. And chilled serve
