Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk - 1 litre.
  2. Sugar - 1/4 cup or as require.
  3. Mango - 1, cut into pieces and then pureed.
  4. Some tuti fruti.
  5. Chopped dry fruits - 1 table spoon.
  6. Kulfi mould.


  1. Take 1 litre milk and boil.
  2. Let the milk reduce to half, add sugar.
  3. After 2 minutes switch off the gas. Your rabari is ready.
  4. Cool the rabri and then add mango puree.
  5. Your mango rabri is ready to set in mould.
  6. Now freez for overnight.
  7. When you want to serve, run hot water outside the moulds for 10 seconds.
  8. Garnish with tuti fruti and dry fruits.
