Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Ripe (any mango) 5
  2. Milk full cream 1 litre
  3. Dry fruits chopped
  4. Rose essence
  5. Sugar 1/2 cup or as per your taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and scoop the seed out of mango with help of knife
  2. Now prepare rabri
  3. Place a wok and pour milk and let it thick for about 35-40 min
  4. Add sugar & dry fruits
  5. On thickening let it cool
  6. Your rabri is ready
  7. Add essence on cooling
  8. Now time to fill rabri in scoop out mangoes
  9. Place it's lid and cover with cling film and put it in freezer to set
  10. After it sets peel mango and cut roundel or any shape you like
  11. Enjoy
