Ingredients to make Falooda; Rabri and Kulfi

  • Rabri
  • Milk 3 litres
  • sugar 8 tablespoons
  • Elachi powder 1teaspoon
  • Few strands of kesar (soaked in warm water)
  • Few Sliced Pistas
  • Kulfi
  • Milk 2 litres
  • Elachi powder 1 teaspoon
  • Few jesar strands( soaked in warm water)
  • Few sliced pistas and badams
  • Falooda
  • Falooda. 1packet
  • sugar 2 glasses
  • Green elachis 4-5
  • Little kesar (soaked in warm water )

How to make Falooda; Rabri and Kulfi

  1. Rabri
  2. Boil milk in a thali.
  3. Till it reduces to 3/4th.
  4. Go on mixing in between.
  5. Scrap out malai from the thali and the spoon
  6. Add sugar and kesar.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Cook for more 5minutes
  9. Adjust the taste.
  10. Allow it to cool.
  11. Transfer to the serving dish
  12. Garnish with pistas
  13. Kulfi
  14. Boil milk in a thali
  15. Till it reduces to half
  16. Go on mixing in between
  17. Add kesar; badam; elachi powder and sugar.
  18. Adjust the taste
  19. Close the flame
  20. Allow it to cool
  21. Allow it to cool
  22. Transfer in kulfi moulds
  23. Keep in freezer for 5-6 hours
  24. Serve chilled
  25. Falooda
  26. Take one packet of Falooda.
  27. Cut it into small pieces
  28. Wash and boil falooda in pressure cooker by adding each ; sugar and kesar.
  29. Add enough water so that falooda is soaked properly.
  30. Put weight and give 3 whistles
  31. Transfer it in the serving dish
  32. Preparation of Falooda
  33. In a serving bowl ,add little falooda;little rabri;sliced kulfi and crushed ice.,,garnish with little red sherbet and serve chilled.
