Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Bullet green chilly 15 to 20
  2. Boiled potatoes 4
  3. Finely chopped onion 1
  4. Green chilly paste 1 tsp
  5. coriander powder 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt 1 tsp
  9. Gram flour 2 cup
  10. Turmeric 1 tsp
  11. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  12. Salt 1 tsp
  13. LIME JUICE 1 TBSP
  14. chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  15. Oil 1 tbsp+for frying

Instructions

  1. Deseed and cut from the middle. soak bullet green chilly in salty water for 1/2hour. Then drain it and keep aside.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, saute chopped onion till transparent.
  3. Saute green chilli paste for few seconds
  4. Ad all spices, salt and mashed potatoes.
  5. Mix well and cook till 1 minute on high flame.
  6. Switch off the flame and ad chopped coriander leaves and lime juice.
  7. Mix well and let it cool.
  8. When cooled, stuff aaloo masala inside and outside of the green chilly.
  9. In a mixing bowl ad gram flour, Salt, red chilly powder and turmeric
  10. Mix well and make pouring consistency batter using water.
  11. Dip chillies in batter and fry in hot oil till done.
  12. Serve with ketchup.
