Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. hibiscus flowers 4-5
  2. water 2 glasses
  3. sugar 1/2 cup or as per taste
  4. lemon 1/2


  1. take out the petals from the grower discarding the other parts
  2. take water in a sauce pan and boil
  3. add the petals
  4. boil it for 1-2 mins
  5. add sugar and strain it in a strainer
  6. cool it completely..don't panic it will be black in colour
  7. when cooled completely squeeze lemon into it...it will magically change its colour to bright red
  8. chill in a refrigerator
  9. serve chilled with ice cubes
