Phirni is creamy milk based sweet dish popular in North Indian cuisine and even in Pakistani cuisine. The method of preparation of phirni is quite easy and its presentation makes the dish quite palatable. Phirni recipe can be prepared with various common and exotic ingredients.
Looks good. Pls clarify is it raw rice or boiled rice
Take a pan add milk in it. Wait for a boil.
Add green ilaichis ,crush it and add it in the milk.
In the mean time ,take rice and grind them by adding little water.
Add sugar in the boiling milk
Now add rice in to it.
Stir it forat-least20 minutes, till it gets thick.
When it starts getting thick, let it cool properly.
Pour it in kullads (Earthernpots)and put it in fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
Now take it out and garnish it with rose petals.Now serve it chilled!!
