Eggless Custard Cake

Ingredients to make Eggless Custard Cake

  • maida 75 gm
  • sugar 75 gm
  • olive oil 6 tsp
  • Custard powder 50 gm
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1-1/4 tsp

How to make Eggless Custard Cake

  1. Prepare a square or round tin.
  2. Greese the cake pan lightly. You can also line the pan with butter paper.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180.
  4. Sieve the flour and baking powder three times.
  5. In a bowl mix the custard powder with the milk.
  6. In another bowl mix sugar and oil, mix till the sugar dissolves.
  7. Now add the milk and custurd powder mixture to it.
  8. Add the flour to the mixture slowly and mix uniformly.
  9. Add essence, stir and mix quickly but uniformly. Pour in the cake pan.
  10. Tap the pan lightly so that the cake is spread evenly throughout the whole pan. Place the cherries on the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.

My Tip:

Add additional cherries to give a different look and taste.
