ABOUT Mini Hasselback Potatoes RECIPE

Super crispy mini potatoes - they're all garlicky and cheesy, and they look good too.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Baby potatoes 15-20No.
  2. Olive oil 3Tbsp
  3. Butter melted 1 1/2Tsp
  4. Garlic cloves minced 3No.
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Freshly ground black pepper As per taste
  7. Parmesan cheese 1/4Cup

Instructions

  1. Wash and pat dry baby potatoes.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 200*C for 10 minutes.
  3. Put a couple of chopsticks on each side of potato,so the knife doesn't go through all the way.
  4. Cut each potato into slices about 3 to 4 mm apart, without cutting all the way through it, and place on a baking tray.
  5. Combine the melted butter,olive oil and garlic ,than brush each potato with the mixture.
  6. Sprinkle salt and pepper and then bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Take the potatoes out of the oven,brush them again with oil butter mixture and sprinkle with most of the permesan.
  8. Return to the oven for about another 20 minutes or until the potatoes are dark golden and a bit crispy.
  9. Remove mini hasselback potatoes from the oven.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining permesan cheese and serve immediately.
