ABOUT Mango Vanilla Custard topping with Chocolate and Dry-fruits RECIPE

It is a perfect dessert in this summer. You can also serve it for small get together at your home. It is very easy and time saving recipe. Here I use mango puree, plain vanilla custard, melted and without melted dark chocolate and some dry fruits. Everyone like it. So must try it.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 ml Milk
  2. 2 tbsp Sugar
  3. 1 tbsp Vanilla flavour Custard powder
  4. 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  5. 6 tbsp Mango puree
  6. 2 tbsp melted dark chocolates
  7. 2 tbsp dark chocolate without melted and broken into small pieces
  8. 2 tbsp tri-colour(red, yellow, green) tutti-frutti
  9. 1 tbsp raisin
  10. 1 tbsp finely chopped date
  11. 2 tbsp chopped mangoes

Instructions

  1. Take a saucepan and boil the milk on a medium heat.
  2. Add sugar and stir till sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add custard powder with 3 tbsp of lukewarm water and mix it.
  4. Add the mixture on a low heat and stir continuously to make it lump-free.
  5. Stir till the mixture turn to thick.
  6. Then it allows to cool at room temperature.
  7. Take two short glasses and start with a layer of mango puree.
  8. Thereafter place the layer of vanilla custard and after that again place the layer of mango puree.
  9. Lastly garnish with melted chocolate, chopped mangoes, tri coloured tutti-frutti,chopped dates, raisins, broken dark chocolate.
  10. Keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour and serve the chilled custard.
