ABOUT Fruit Custard with Vanilla Cake RECIPE

This is a very easy and delicious dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 liter milk
  2. 3 teaspoon custard powder (vanilla flavour)
  3. 5 teaspoon sugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  5. 1/2 apple (chopped)
  6. 1 banana (chopped)
  7. 1/2 cup papaya (chopped)
  8. 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  9. 1 slice of Vanilla cake
  10. Chocolate Sauce to drizzle on top

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk with 1 cup of water. Give it a good boil.
  2. Take 1/2 cup of milk (luke warm) and add custard powder into it. Make sure there are no lumps formed.
  3. Add this mixure into the milk on a low flame. Mix it continuously as it starts getting thick so that no lumps are formed. Add sugar and cardamom powder into this.
  4. Boil it till it looks smooth, then turn off the flame. Let it cool down to room temperature, then keep it in the fridge.
  5. Before serving, add fruits into this and crumbles of vanilla cake.
  6. Lastly drizzle some chocolate sauce on top.
