First in a bowl, mix warm 1/4 cup lukewarm water, sugar and yeast and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
In another bowl stir whole wheat flour and add salt, milk powder, garlic paste and pepper powder .
Once the yeast mixture turns frothy, add flour mixture and knead soft dough using lukewarm water.
Now take out dough from bowl on a well floured surface, apply oil on it and knead the dough for 15-20 minutes.
Now grease the bowl with oil and keep the kneaded dough in it and cover the bowl with damp cloth and rest it for 1 1/2 hour.
After 1 1/2 hour dough will raise double in size, punch down the dough and again knead for 5-6 minutes.
Now divide the dough into 4 equal parts and make balls and allow them to raise for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°c.
Now takeone dough ball and roll it out into a circular shape sheet with thickness ¼ inch.
Now sprinkle oregano seasoning and chilli flakes and flip from one side to make a semi-circle and seal the corners. .
Now greased baking tray and sprinkle oregano seasoning and chilli flakes and keep the prepared garlic bread on it.
Brush it with butter, make marks with the help of a sharp knife and again sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano seasoning on it.
Now bake it in pre-heated oven at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve prepared garlic bread with mayonnaise or your favourite dips.
