Juicy chicken and veggie mix Cutlets.Tastes great as a starter, in a burger and a savoury too.

Russian Cutlets

Ingredients to make Russian Cutlets

  • 500 gms chicken
  • 200gms Veggies- Carrots, capsicum, cabbage
  • 250 gms potatoes
  • 2tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tblspn white flour
  • 2 tspn butter and half a cup grated cheese
  • Salt pepper garam masala asap /as per taste
  • oil fr shallow fry
  • 1 egg

How to make Russian Cutlets

  1. Clean and Boil the Chicken with salt and ginger garlic paste.
  2. Boil potatoes cool, peel keep aside.
  3. Chop the veggies mentioned.
  4. Now remove chicken from stock and shred, keep aside.
  5. Melt the butter in a pan add 1 table spoon maida, veggies and left over chicken stock dry up and cool .Add grated cheese to this mix lightly.
  6. Now mash potatoes add shredded chicken nd the veggies mix to it .Add salt pepper n garam masala mix well.
  7. Make flat cutlets slightly grease palms to leave them non sticky.
  8. Beat 1 egg well add a pinch of salt optional.
  9. Heat oil enough to shallow fry.
  10. Dip cutlets in egg and shallow fry well on both sides remove. Serve Hot with tomato ketchup or chilli sauce.

My Tip:

Do not use too many spices.
