ABOUT Ram - laddoo RECIPE

It is popular snacks in Delhi. During rainy season everybody wants to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl yellow moong dal
  2. 1/2 bowl chana dal
  3. 1 spoon ginger and green chilli paste
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 1 pinch asafoetida
  6. 1/4 spoon turmeric
  7. 1/2 cup grated reddish
  8. 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak the lentils for 2-3 hrs.
  2. After 2 hrs grind the lentils without water.
  3. Now add salt, turmeric, asafoetida , chopped coriander grated raddish green chilli and ginger paste.
  4. Mix well and make batter fluffy
  5. Add 2 spoon hot oil into the batter and whisk until fluffy.
  6. Heat oil in a wok and make a small size ball from batter deep fry untill golden and crisp on midium flame.
  7. Serve hot with chutney.
